Over the past two weeks we have been working very hard to practice our first reader's theatre. In groups we read The Three Little Pigs, Little Red Ridinghood, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and The Little Red Hen. We worked hard practicing reading in loud, clear voices and some of us even added expression.

Kid of the Week
This week was Charlize's second turn to be kid of the week. She coloured this beautiful picture of Cinderella and wrote a great story that she read to the class. Great job, Charlize!

Free Time Friday
Every Friday afternoon we have Free Time Friday for the last 40 minutes of the day. It is a privilege and something that you have to earn by working hard all week, completing all assignments and making sure you have a tidy desk.
A castle that two students created using foam blocks.
Some of the students are very fond of the movie "Frozen" right now. These two girls made crowns so that they could be Elsa and Anna.
