Our Favourite Things About February...

February started with Groundhog Day. We did lots of groundhog activities on that day.  We also made valentine holders with our big buddies in February.  We continued folk dancing in gym with Mrs. LaRiviere's class and Ms. Baldry's class and performed our dances for our parents and big buddies.  We celebrated Valentines Day and One Hundred's Day!  We got to use the iPods and wore pink to show our support for Anti-Bully Day!

My favourite part of February was...

Ali - absent today
Amanda - using the iPods
Crystal
David - Groundhog Day
Elyse - Folk Dancing
Faith - using the iPods
Gem - using the iPods
Joban - using the iPods
Joshua - using the iPods
Kaylee - using the iPods
Omar - using the iPods
Roc - using the iPods
Savio - absent today
Sophia - Valentines Day
Zahra - using the iPods

As you can see using the iPods was a big highlight of February and we hope to use them again soon.

  1. Dear Mrs. Morrison's class, we love using the iPods too. What type of games were you playing when you had them? We have been reading on the iPods and doing some word work with them. Ms. Lirenman is wondering if she can keep them in her cupboard and not give them back to the school district when they come collecting them. What do you think?

  2. Dear Mrs Morrison and class.

Wow! What a wonderful thing to be able to do. The apps you have especially the sock puppets sounded fantastic! We would love to see them. Are you able to upload them onto the blog somehow?
I also agree with Ms L. what a shame to have to give them back.
We love looking at your blog and all the wonderful things you do all the way over in Canada.
We are in Sydney Australia. We had our last day of summer on the 29th February. I think that it really was the last day as we have been having a lot of rain. There is even a lot of flooding around the country.

Keep posting lots of things on your blog!

    kindest regards
