Our letter of the week this week is Ee. With Easter just around the corner we are learning about eggs. Today, Mrs. Morrison brought out an Easter bucket.
We passed the bucket around the circle and everyone took out 1 egg. Can you guess what we found inside once we opened them?
Each egg had a picture of an animal. We all shared the animal we had and then Mrs. Morrison told us that all the animals we found in the eggs are animals that hatch from eggs. They are called
oviparous animals.
These are some of the animals we found when we opened our eggs.
Mrs. Morrison shared some photos with us of different animal eggs. We read a story called Chicken's Aren't the Only Ones and then made a list of animals that hatch from eggs.
