Egg Drop Preparations

Last week with our big buddies we thought of a design for a device in which we could drop an egg off the roof in and have the egg survive the fall.  We decided on the materials we would need and brought items from home.  Today we created the contraptions with our big buddies.  The eggs are all packed tightly into the devices and we will drop them next Friday.  Who's will break? Who's will survive?

 Some used shoes boxes and styrofoam balls.

 Some used plastic containers.  This one is packed with cotton balls and styrofoam.
